Guided Meditation class

Join Denise for her weekly Guided Meditation Classes at City & Soul Wellness Collective! Catch her on Tuesdays at 7:15pm for deeply relaxing 45 min journeys into the on-going theme of “Rest as Resistance” as inspired by the Manifesto of the same name by Tricia Hersey.

Classes are offered in-person or virtual via Zoom.

Cost: $15 + GST
